Friday, April 28th
7-9 pm: Welcome Reception, Casual attire
Sister Becky Barnes is hosting all alumnae at her home located at 111 N. Countryside Drive Ashland, Ohio 44805.

Saturday, April 29th
9- 11:00 am Registration: Tours of Campus and Suite
Check-in in Upper Convo (638 Jefferson St). If interested, take a tour of campus and the updated ADPi suite. Tours will be provided to those interested as you arrive. The last tour will depart the registration area at 10:15 to provide ample time for the tour of campus and the ADPi Suite prior to the luncheon.
10:00am: 10 Year Anniversary Ceremony (Heritage Room, Upper Convo, 638 Jefferson St)
Eligibility Requirements: Members who have been initiated for at least 10 years from your initiation date and are in good standing. Sisters who initiated between 1993 and 2007 are invited to participate in this special ceremony.
11:00 - 1:30pm: Lunch and Program
Lunch will be served by Upper Convo Catering Center. Our lunch program will include Epsilon Nu through the years as well as the 25th and 50th anniversary ceremonies. Lunch menu: Garden salad with assorted dressings, Rolls w/ butter, Garden veg medley, Parmesan risotto, Pecan crusted chicken breast. If you have any food allergies, are gluten free or vegetarian and need an alternative option please specify this need when registering.
During Lunch Program: 25 Year Anniversary Ceremony
Eligibility Requirements: Members who have been initiated for at least 25 years from your initiation date and are in good standing and if you have been a member for 25 years and have never done the10 year ceremony you may do both. Sisters who initiated between 1968 and 1992 are invited to participate in this special ceremony. Note: If you have been a member for 25 years and have never done the 10 year ceremony you are welcome to participate in both ceremonies.
During Lunch Program: 50 Year Anniversary Ceremony Saturday
Eligibility Requirements: Members who have been initiated for at least 50 years from your initiation date and are in good standing. Our founding sisters who initiated in 1967 are invited to participate in this special ceremony. Note: If you have been a member for 50 years and have never done the 10 or 25 year ceremonies you are welcome to participate in all ceremonies.

1:30 – 3:30pm: Silent Auction located in Upper Convo (638 Jefferson St)
The sisters of Alpha Delta Pi, EN chapter are hosting their 13th Annual Lion’s Share Challenge Silent Auction. The auction will help the Ronald McDonald House of Cleveland provide no- or low-cost housing to families whose children are receiving medical treatment.
Pin Attire is recommended needed for the above events. Pin attire includes nice dresses, skirts and slacks. Jeans, graphic tees or other casual attire are not considered appropriate attire for wearing your badge. It is not necessary to wear your ADPi badge to participate or attend any of these events, including Jewel Degree.
6 pm: Evening: Era Dinner Gathering The following options are available to those interested in spending more time with sisters. The breakdown of initiation years are just a guide to determine where you might know the most sisters, feel free to drop in to any or all gatherings.

• 1967-1985 – Jake’s (1040 Sugarbush Dr.)
• 1986-1999 – Linders (66 South St. W)
• 2000-2014 – O’Bryans (1065 Claremont Ave)
Sunday, April 30th
12:00pm: Jewel Degree located in Upper Convo (638 Jefferson St.)
Eligibility Requirements: Graduating seniors in good standing or alumnae members may participate in the Jewel Degree. Fourth year seniors applying for fifth year status as well as members who have been granted Emergency Financial/Medical Leave may not participate in Jewel Degree. All financial obligations must be paid in full before participating in Jewel Degree. Participation in this ceremony does not automatically make a Delta member an alumna. Pin attire should be worn.
